Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle — no proration surprises, no contacting sales. Annual subscribers who upgrade mid-cycle get credit for unused time.
What happens when I hit my monthly extraction limit?
You're notified at 80% and 100% of your plan limit. Past 100%, new extractions pause until the next cycle, or you upgrade instantly from the dashboard. Rows and tables stay readable and editable — only new extraction is gated.
Is there a free trial for Pro and Scale?
Yes. Pro and Scale plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start the trial. Cancel at any point during the trial and you drop back to the free plan automatically.
Do unused extractions roll over to the next month?
No. Monthly extraction credits reset on the billing cycle start. For predictable spiky workloads, the Scale plan or a custom Enterprise quota is usually the better fit — contact sales for monthly-bucketed enterprise pricing.
What does Enterprise include that Scale does not?
Enterprise adds custom extraction volume, 500+ tables, 1M+ rows, SSO and SAML, a custom SLA, and a dedicated support channel. Pricing is tailored to your volume and compliance scope — typical contracts start in the low four figures per month.
