Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start on Free and upgrade from the dashboard whenever you need more volume. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, or AUD. Annual billing costs 10 months' price for 12 months.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New extractions stop until your monthly credits renew, you upgrade, or, on Pro and Scale, you buy a top-up: 1,000 credits for $20 on Pro or $12 on Scale, up to 10,000 credits per purchase, valid for 12 months. There are no overage charges. Rows and tables you already have stay readable, editable, and exportable.
Is there a free trial for Pro and Scale?
Self-serve signups start on Free, which has no time limit and needs no credit card, so you can test real invoices before you pay for Pro.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Monthly credits renew each month on your billing date (on Free, the day you signed up). Top-up credits carry over, are used after the monthly credits, and expire 12 months after purchase; on Free they pause until you upgrade again. A credit is one PDF page or image; a spreadsheet, CSV, or office file is one credit.
What does Enterprise include that Scale does not?
Enterprise is a custom quote for volume beyond Scale: more credits, members, tables, and rows than the self-serve plans include. Email sales@anyrow.ai with your monthly document volume.
