02FAQ
Anyrow for Field Services — common questions
How does dispatch scheduling work in Anyrow?
Dispatch lives in a jobs table linked to technicians and customers. New jobs arrive from a web form, email, or phone transcription — Anyrow extracts address, service type, and priority into the row. Dispatchers query the table by date and tech, assign from the Grid, and the tech gets a Telegram or SMS notification automatically. No separate scheduling app needed.
Can crews update jobs from mobile or Telegram?
Yes. Techs send a Telegram message — job complete, photos attached, readings noted — and Anyrow extracts the structured update into the job row. Voice notes transcribe to typed fields. The office sees row updates in real time without the tech opening a separate app or filling a form.
How do OCR'd receipts become expense rows?
Snap a receipt photo in the field and forward it to your project inbox or upload via the PWA. Anyrow extracts merchant, date, amount, category, and tax fields against your expense schema using Gemini Vision. The expense row links to the job it was incurred on. Expense reports run as a query filtered by tech, job, or date range.
Does it integrate with our CRM?
Yes. Anyrow syncs bidirectionally with HubSpot and any CRM reachable via webhook or API. Customer records in your CRM link to job rows in Anyrow. New jobs trigger a HubSpot deal update; closed jobs update the contact's service history. The office works from Anyrow; sales works from HubSpot — both see the same data.
Can customers sign off via a public link?
Yes. Anyrow supports public record links — share a URL with the customer for digital sign-off. The signature, timestamp, and any customer notes write back to the job row automatically. Signed jobs are audit-logged with the signature date and IP. No printed form, no scan-and-email workflow.
