Anyrow turns invoices into a typed table. When you sign up, an Invoices table is created for you with invoice columns: invoice number, vendor, addresses, bill-to, date, due date, currency, subtotal, tax, tax rate, amount, payment terms, and line items. Drop files and each invoice becomes one row you can edit, sort, filter, and export.

PDF, images (PNG, JPG, WebP, HEIC, TIFF), CSV, XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, ODT, and plain text files. Free accepts up to 5 files per drop and Pro up to 20. Files Anyrow cannot read are rejected, and every per-file failure is shown, so nothing disappears silently.

We do not publish an accuracy percentage, because we have not measured one on a corpus we can share. Every row is editable, and clicking a row opens the original file it came from, so you can check any value against the source.

Export the table as CSV or XLSX at any time. The table stays in Anyrow, so the next batch of invoices lands in the same columns.

Not today. Anyrow has no live sync to accounting tools, CRMs, or Google Sheets. You export CSV or XLSX and import it where the data goes next. We will build an integration when paying users keep asking for the same one.
