For Sales

Leads in, deals out — no CRM import ceremony.

Drop a contact list, parse an email, capture a form — rows land in the same database your AEs, SDRs, and managers already query. Follow-ups fire from Telegram, not a separate tool.

02FAQ

Anyrow for Sales — common questions

How does Anyrow replace a CRM for small sales teams?

Small sales teams don't need Salesforce. They need a typed table of leads, deals, and accounts that updates automatically from emails, calls, and forms. Anyrow provides that — schema-first, relational, with source lineage on every row. HubSpot or Attio can still sync as a front-end; Anyrow is the record layer behind them.

Can Anyrow capture leads from forwarded emails?

Yes. Forward any email to your project inbox at `{project}@{org}.anyrow.ai` and Anyrow extracts lead fields — name, company, email, phone, intent signals — against your schema. Attachments route through the same extractor. Rows land in your leads table in under a second.

How does follow-up from Telegram work?

Connect Anyrow's Telegram integration and reps send a message with a name, a deal update, or a voice note. Anyrow extracts the structured fields and writes the row. No app-switching, no CRM form — the rep messages, the table updates. Follow-up reminders fire back to Telegram on schedule.

Does Anyrow auto-dedupe contacts across channels?

Yes. Anyrow's merge insert mode matches on configurable key fields — email, phone, or a custom identifier — and merges incoming rows into existing contacts rather than creating duplicates. You set the dedup key on the schema; Anyrow enforces it on every ingest path, whether the source is email, form, or manual entry.

Can reps edit rows without breaking the audit trail?

Yes. Every edit is append-logged — the original extracted value, the corrected value, who changed it, and when. Reps edit freely in the Grid; the audit trail is a system column, not a separate workflow. Managers see the full correction history per row in the Detail view.
