02FAQ
Anyrow for Marketing — common questions
How does Anyrow merge lead lists from multiple ESPs?
Drop CSV exports from Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or any ESP into Anyrow. The merge insert mode matches on email address, deduplicates across sources, and writes a unified contact table. List provenance is preserved as a source column — you keep the 'where did this lead come from' signal without a separate CDP.
Can I track UTM attribution across extracted leads?
Yes. Add UTM columns to your schema. Anyrow extracts UTM parameters from forwarded form submissions, landing page payloads via webhook, and URL fetches. Every lead row carries campaign, source, medium, and content — queryable and filterable without leaving the table or exporting to a BI tool.
Does Anyrow replace a Zapier + Airtable marketing stack?
Yes, in most cases. Zapier routes data between tools; Airtable stores it manually. Anyrow does both — extract from any source, store in a typed relational table, sync out to your ESP or CRM — without Zapier glue in between. One product, one schema, one bill. Teams typically cut two subscriptions when they migrate.
How does enrichment work on imported contacts?
After a row lands, Reny's enrichment agent can auto-fill company details — name, industry, headcount, domain, LinkedIn — via API lookups. Enrichment runs per-row on insert or on-demand in bulk. Results write back to the same table as typed columns, preserving the original extracted values alongside the enriched ones.
Can I push segments to HubSpot or Customer.io?
Yes. Save a filter in Anyrow — by score, tag, campaign, or any column value — and map it to a HubSpot list or a Customer.io segment. Sync runs bidirectionally and live. When a contact's status changes in Anyrow, the ESP list updates automatically. No Zapier step, no manual export.
