01Solutions
For Operations
Drop Parseur + Airtable + Zapier + Excel into one DB.
Four tools, five workflows, twenty logins, nothing linked — replace the Parseur + Airtable + Zapier + Excel stack with one relational DB. Vendor onboarding, returns, support escalations, and partnership tracking share columns, link cross-workflow, and answer NL queries against one schema.
02FAQ
Anyrow for Operations — common questions
Is Anyrow just another Airtable alternative?
We're not positioning as an Airtable replacement — we're a cross-workflow relational DB with native extraction, sync, and briefings. Airtable stores; Parseur extracts; Zapier glues; Anyrow does all three against one schema. One login, one bill, one graph across every operational workflow, not a side-grade.
How does cross-workflow linking actually work — e.g., returns to vendor contracts?
Tables link via relational fields. A returns row links to the order row it came from, which links to the supplier row, which links to the vendor-onboarding contract. One NL query — 'which suppliers have more than three returns this quarter?' — joins all four without a spreadsheet VLOOKUP or a Zapier chain. The graph compounds per workflow added.
How many tools does Anyrow replace for a typical ops generalist?
Usually five to eight. Typical teams start with Parseur, Airtable, Zapier, Excel, and a per-workflow SaaS or two (support escalation tool, partnership tracker). All of that collapses into Anyrow projects within one org. Teams cut two to four subscriptions on average in the first month and the graph gets denser as more workflows come over.
Can we query across all our workflows in natural language?
Yes. 'Show vendor onboarding contracts from Q2 with unresolved compliance flags' returns a typed result set. NL query runs across every linked table, respecting row-level permissions. No SQL, no report-builder. Every result links back to the source document, audio, or email that fed the row.
What does pricing look like for a team running five ops workflows?
Credit-based — extraction, briefing, and sync pull from a pooled bucket. Seats don't gate capability, only workspace access. A 15-person ops team on Pro ($49/mo base) can run vendor onboarding, returns, support, and partnership workflows out of one credit pool, without an Airtable-style per-base-per-seat multiplier.
